Yes, we’ve been vague. Yes, you’ve been patient. And yes, we finally have a date. Miracles do happen.
Tower Bridge Collective officially opens on Thursday, 9th October.
TBC officially opens on Wednesday, 8th October for our VIP preview night. There’ll be food. There’ll be music. There’ll be people pretending not to be impressed while secretly filming the dumpling stand. If you’re invited, congrats. If not, we’ll pretend it was an admin error.
From Thursday, 9th October, the doors open to everyone. You’ll get a chance to explore the space, meet the team, and taste things before they get Instagram famous.
This is Blend Family’s first London launch, and we’re not doing it quietly. Expect two floors of flavour, 13 independent kitchens, two bars, a play area for small humans, and an events team that refuses to sit still
But this isn’t just about what’s on the menu. It’s about what’s behind it.
Every kitchen, every team, every dish has a story. And soon, you will be too.
