Eight Revealed, Five to Go: Why TBC Is More Than Just a Name

TBC.

Three letters that usually mean: “We haven’t decided yet.”

A placeholder, A shrug. A polite way of saying “not quite ready.”

But in our case, TBC means something else entirely.

You’ve probably already guessed what I’m about to say – Tower Bridge Collective. A new space we’re building on bold flavours, shared values, and a belief that culture should be felt, not just observed. But it also stands for something more layered, something still unfolding. Something that refuses to be rushed.

Because TBC also means to be continued.

And that’s exactly how we’ve approached our Food Partner rollout. Not as a one-off announcement. But as a slow, deliberate build. Each name adding texture, energy, and personality to the space we’re creating.

We’re eight partners in.

Not just names on a list, but voices shaping a space that reflects the city it’s in, and the people it’s for.

Yes, we know, you’re asking.

We’re opening soon.

TBC isn’t a placeholder.

It’s a promise.

Of more to come. Of stories being written. Of a venue that’s not just opening but evolving. London’s food scene is shifting. Something new is coming – and it’s got teeth.

If you’re wondering who made the cut so far, the Food Partners page is sitting quietly, minding its own business. You know where to find it.

Tower Bridge Collective.

To Be Continued.
