The Flavour Story You'll Want Seconds Of
Nearly 20 years in the making: Lakshmi’s Indian Kitchen
At Tower Bridge Collective, all of our Food Partners shine with a story. In today’s blog, that story belongs to Lakshmi’s Indian Kitchen.
Founded in 2006 by mother-and-son duo Lalita Patel and Urvesh Parvais, Lakshmi’s carries the name after Urvesh’s grandmother and built on the kind of values you can taste: whole ingredients, cooking from scratch, and recipes that carry heritage.
Lakshmi’s isn’t food that simply fills you up. It’s food that carries memories, care, and comfort that lingers long after the last bite. Every dish is a reminder of family kitchens, recipes passed down, and the joy of sharing something made with intention.
Their spirit shows up in every dish. The Egg Naanwhich takes breakfast classics and gives them street-food vibes, while the Paneer Naanwhich turns into a creamy kick. The Butter Chicken Naanwhich reimagines a beloved staple in handheld form, and the Veggie Samosa Chaat layers crunch, tang, and spice into something impossible to stop at one bite. And for those who believe food tastes better shared, the Thali plate for two is a feast designed to spark conversation as much as appetite.
This story shows the care of a mother and son carrying forward a grandmother’s name, and the way heritage can be shared one bite at a time. Every dish is an invitation to slow down, to connect, and to remember that food is one of the simplest, most meaningful ways we belong to each other.
